Shipping policy

Once your order is placed and confirmed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after they're shipped.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed with any shipping method on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This also applies to Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. Shipping to an APO address may take longer due to carrier capacity.

Depending on the amount of items ordered, some of our packages cannot be delivered to certain P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when placing an order. If there is an issue delivering your order to your PO Box, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Exceed Apparel cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.
